I don't think this person ever been to Inaka, b/c they absolutley do not give shedded tuna for spicy tuna roll. And also I don't think this person knows how to taste and eat sushi. His standard of good makis are a lot more rice that he's been used to eating at those cheep chinese/japanese restaurant...
